It's a terrible thing when you can't respect your boss. I get that a lot of people aren't happy with their jobs especially the pay check to pay check, blue collar, service industry workers I interact with most often. but that doesn't mean the people you work with and your bosses have to be terrible. One of my bosses who has ruined more than one of my days off by calling to discuss what was or wasn't done on the previous day, is a wonderful person, just a terrible boss. I worked two jobs for the last three months, eighty hours a week and my wonderful boss who does the scheduling couldn't possibly give me any kind of a consistent schedule. I don't understand why it has to be SO difficult. She can give herself Sunday and Monday off every single week like clockwork, but she can't give me the same two days off consecutively every week. This week its Tuesday and Friday last week it was Tuesday and Thursday.
I'm not asking for much just a boss I can actually like as a boss as well as a person, because she is a wonderful individual, just leaves something to be desired in a supervisor.
