AquaNotes®

Mark Knudsen the creator of AquaNotes® is a dreamer who had an idea and ran with it. He's always been and interesting, creative sort of man. While working for Leelanau County in Northwestern Michigan, which is traditionally a farming and a predominantly rural area of Michigan. He created a brochure informing those moving or intending to move to the area about a few aspects of living in a rural community that urban dwellers commonly over look, then complain to the county about. A few of these aspects being: a rural agricultural community has large machinery such as tractors up and running early in the morning and late in the evening seven days a week, animals are everywhere and their excrement smells. The wonderfully creative part of this brochure however, was the unique and effective scratch and sniff portion. Working with a scratch and sniff company Mark developed a small scratch and sniff square on the inside flap of the brochure with the sent of manure. A less than desirable scent, but for those that have always lived in an urban environment, a scent they may never have truly smelled. 

Continuing on with his tradition of unique creative endeavors Mark Knudsen dreamed up a product and through a long process has created a wonderful and desirable product. AquaNotes® are a hand crafted waterproof note pad that suction cups to the wall of any shower with an accompanied by a water resistant Incense Cedar wood pencil. this Notepad is exceptionally environmentally friendly from the recyclable , environmentally friendly and non-toxic pages to the soy based ink used for printing on the pad as well as the pencil made from a responsibly harvested, renewable resource hat has met stringent environmental requirements. They are a whimsical  yet functional product  with different pads for any occasion and need, with the Original classically simple pad, the LoveNotes® pad designed after Mark married the woman of his dreams and also the FunNotes® for any and all game lovers.
